Ministerial Licensing Process

To begin, visit wa.upci.org and sign in using your UPCI login credentials.

For Pastors Sponsoring a New Applicant

If you are a pastor sponsoring someone in your church for ministerial licensing:

  1. Log in at wa.upci.org.

  2. Click on the “Ministers” tab.

  3. Select “Minister’s Application.”

  4. Click “Start Minister’s Application.”

    • This will begin the process and automatically forward the application to your applicant.

  5. Once the applicant completes their portion, it will be sent back to you for review and approval.

  6. After your approval, the application is digitally forwarded to the District Secretary.

For Ministers Upgrading Credentials

If you are an already licensed minister seeking to upgrade your credentials:

  1. Log in to wa.upci.org using your UPCI credentials.

  2. Navigate to the “Ministers” tab and select “Minister’s Application.”

  3. Complete the form and submit it.

  4. Your application will be sent to your pastor for approval and then forwarded to the District Secretary for processing.

All completed applications must be submitted to the District Secretary no later than January 20, 2024.
